Western Victoria is one of the largest milk producing regions in the national industry, processing milk sourced from outside the region, using its extensive manufacturing infrastructure.

WestVic Dairy is run by a Board of Directors made up of five farmers and two industry service providers who meet monthly aiming to increase the profitability and sustainability of the regions dairy industry.

The staff within WestVic Dairy undertake a diverse range of roles and activities. The team works closely together and possess a great combination of research, administrative, technical and practical skills.
