This workshop will develop leadership skills of mainly younger Agribusiness operators who have some experience in business and groups but need to improve their skills and understanding in following areas:


• What is leadership and the benefits of good leadership
• Leadership styles – what is yours
• Difference between leadership and management
• Benefits of a setting a vision and goals – personally and for a business / group
• Successful Meetings – how to set agendas, kept to time, keep minutes + standard procedures etc
• Use of Working Groups or Sub Committees
• Team development – facilitation, collaboration, resolution, compromise and assessing group dynamics
• How to set your own goals, achieve disciplined action and reflect on your progress and refine your actions
• How to motivate people in your team / group
• Coaching / Mentoring – sharing experiences, knowledge and insight.These workshops will incur a small fee which
